Backgroud:

背景情况：

Due to the large quantity of SC/SP letters and other documents, translation is a heavy work for Plan China. The current full-time staff can’t finish the translation work within stated period. Therefore, we need to recruit volunteers out of Plan to assist our work.

由于国际计划长期有大量来自交流儿童和资助人的信件以及有关资料需要翻译工作要做，仅国际计划员工是不可能在规定的时间内完成的，因此需要招募志愿者来协助我们的工作。

主要职责：

-Volunteer should translate the letters and documents according to the original contents for Plan and finish the work within the stated period. The translation should be readable and no changing or correcting;

-志愿者在翻译信件及资料时，应忠实原文并在规定的期限内完成；

-Volunteer should proofread and sort out as required by Plan;

-志愿者应按国际计划的要求，对翻译好的信件及资料进行校对和整理；

-Volunteer should keep the secret of the content of the letters and documents and should not let it out;

-志愿者应对翻译的信件及资料内容保密，不可外泄；

-Plan should monitor and check Volunteer’s work, if there is any discrepancy between the content of the translation and the original letter, Plan has the right to refuse the payment or deduct the payment.

-国际计划对志愿者的工作进行监督、检查和管理，如有不符合国际计划相关规定将拒付或扣除相应补贴。

能力与素质要求:

-University Bachelor Degree and/ or equivalent or above with translation experience preferred;

大学本科或同等学历及大学本科以上学历, 有翻译经验者优先考虑；

-Good English level;

-有良好的英文水平；

-Basic knowledge of computer operating skill;

-具备一定的电脑操作能力；

-Be honest, patient and responsible;

-为人诚恳，工作耐心、认真、负责；

-With dedicated spirit for children.

-热心儿童工作，富有奉献精神。

注：此职位仅提供人身保险和少量的交通和午餐补助。

Note: This position only provides personal accident insurance and very little transportation fee and lunch compensation.
